Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on any custom orders including; curtains, dried arrangements, timber stumps and art.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2/44 Deering St, Ulladulla NSW 2539, Australia.

Dwell are not responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Until such time that we are able to confirm the return of the goods and issue a refund for those goods, you will remain liable to Afterpay for the full payment of the goods, in accordance with your Payment Schedule. All refunds will be issued by Afterpay to your nominated Payment Source (or, if that is not possible, to any other Card that you have provided details of to Afterpay) and/or adjust your Payment Schedule appropriately (including to reduce or cancel any future payments, if necessary). Please note, in the event of partial refunds, refund amounts are taken off the last payment/s first. If the refund is processed to your expired or cancelled card, you will need to obtain the returned funds by contacting your financial institution.
